Our Liquidation Map is designed to help traders visualize key levels where leveraged positions are most likely to be liquidated, providing critical insights into potential market volatility and trading opportunities.
Key Features:
→ Cumulative Liquidation Lines:
🔴 Red Line (Cumulative Long Liquidations):
This line represents the total long liquidation leverage at or below a given price level.
As price decreases, the cumulative liquidation pressure increases because more long positions become at risk of liquidation.
🟢 Green Line (Cumulative Short Liquidations):
This line shows the total short liquidation leverage at or above a given price level.
As price increases, the cumulative liquidation pressure rises, as more short positions become at risk of liquidation.
→ Liquidation Bars:
The bars at the bottom indicate liquidation clusters by exchange, categorized by platform.
These bars show specific price levels where significant liquidation orders are concentrated.
Larger bars indicate higher liquidation volume at that price level, providing insights into where the market might experience heightened volatility.
How You Can Use This:
→ Spot high liquidation clusters to anticipate areas of heavy volatility.
→ Use the cumulative liquidation lines to gauge the magnitude of liquidation risk and track price sensitivity.
→ Identify critical inflection points for better trade entries/exits.
